Cookie Policy

This page explains what Synqall stores on your device, why, and how to change your choice. We keep it short and specific: it describes what the site actually does.

The short version

Browsing the public site sets no cookies at all. We store a small record of your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Analytics only runs if you accept, and even then it uses no cookies. If you sign in, an authentication cookie is required for that to work.

Essential — always on

These are needed for the site to function, so they don't require consent. There are only two.

Your cookie choice
Stored in your browser's local storage so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. It records only which option you picked and when. It expires after six months, at which point we ask again.
Sign-in session
Set only if you create an account or sign in, which is not part of browsing the public site. It keeps you signed in between pages. Without it, signing in cannot work.

Analytics — only with your consent

If you choose "Accept all", we load a self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) to see which pages are useful and where people get stuck. It runs on our own infrastructure, sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. If you choose "Essential only", it is never loaded.

Third parties you may encounter

If you open the booking window to schedule a call, it is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies to make the booking work. That happens only when you choose to book. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time, right here. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes the stored preference and makes the banner appear again.

For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our privacy policy. Questions about any of this: support@synqall.com.
